hiroshima dialect

you know we have different accent or pronounce even we are same Japanese..

i found interesting picture about hiroshima dialect, it shows what words are liked most...

i'll introduce some of words from this picture.

[No.1]
we love to use 'jya' , 'ken' or 'ke' in the end of sentences.
ex...

Kono Okashi Maji Oisghii Kara, Tabetemi! [ standard]

Kono Okashi Maji Oishii ke, Tabetemi! :) [hiroshima]

( this candy is really good, try it!) [english]

whenever using 'jya', 'ken' or 'ke', it would be Hiroshima dialect!

[no.2]
TAIGII means 'tire', 'troublesome, 'complicated', or 'difficult'

...ex
-Tsukareru! Kadai Ooi X( [standard]

-Taigii! Kadai Oosugi Jake X( [Hiroshima]

-It tires me that I have too many assaignments X( [english]

this word "taigii" used a lot!!!

what else?

[no.4]
Tau means to reach
...ex

-Ano Hako Made Todoku? [standard]
-Ano Hako Made Tau? [hiroshima]

-Can you reach that box? [English]

Waya means messy, confusing, reckless, ... a lot !

it's like the right picture→
...ex

-Kinou party De Mucha shitetayo. [standard]

-Kinou party De Waya Shiyotta yo. [hiroshima]
-You messed up the party yesterday. [english]

Lastly,
Tachimachi means first of all / for the time being

...ex
-Toriaezu Sore de Maniau darou. [standard]
-Tachimachi Sore de Maniau jyarou. [Hiroshima]
-I'll do for the time being. [english]

this is it!
by using these word you can be perfect Hiroshimanese! (・V・)/
